Google form is a service that helps users to gather information for occasions such as meetings and conferences. It ease the work loads by creating a form for participants to fill in and record down the ideas, interests and quantity so that everything can be settled in a short time.
Features and functions
In google form, it provides a field for you to enter the title and the descriptions so that people who are doing a survey knows what they are surveying on. It provides shorts answers for the users to choose from in one click. Apart from the function of choosing answers, there is a checkboxes which allow users to choose multiple answers for a better response.
Date and time can be scheduled to notify how long or when is the activity is held for, Whats even better is that you can even include images or videos in google forms for a better understanding for users and it makes everything extra interesting. To make your form not so mundane than just a black and white paper, google form allowed you to design your form with color and theme.
As a summary, once the form is being done, creator does not need to store or do anything extra to record down the answers as google already done it for you by storing forms information in a spreadsheet.
Therefore i think google forms is a very convenient tool to be used in events planning and formal occasions. For it can be shared instantly to each persons' emails and get responses in a split seconds.
On the contrary, google forms benefit each and everyone in all the fields in society. Besides, by having google form, big events that might involve the whole school of people can be handle effectively in a click.
